I feel so dead on the inside. I wish I felt something.

@Princess.p my psychiatrist actually recommended SAM-e to me at my last appointment a few weeks ago, and I've heard good things about it! I've yet to try it (but I've bought it, and I can confirm it's not cheap lol), though, so I don't have anything to say about it personally. just from what I've read, it's a supplement, so similar to melatonin in that it's naturally found in the body already. but supplements can be very helpful to the right people, so i don't see much of a downside in trying it out! well, other than the possibility of having wasted a bit of money if you find it doesn't help. but I think it's worth the risk if you feel nothing has helped yet.

Hey! I’ve been there before. I’ve taken SSRIs in the past, but there are too many side effects. There’s a supplement called Sam-E that you might want to check out - it provides the same “clouds clearing” feeling that SSRIs do for me ☺️ Hopefully this kind of comment is allowed here. Anyway, google how much to take for depression. You don’t need a prescription or anything but it’s not necessarily cheap. Beyond that, meditation and being out in nature help me so much! Best of luck 💕

@gracegrace Yes, but I have other responsibilities I must attend to, beforehand. There barely ever feels like there's time.
