Seeking Treatment for Chronic Pain

I know how you feel….. the docs are literally scared to write Rxs to those of us who require serious pain mgmt. I was prescribed fentanyl for nearly 18 years and now I am off of it and I supplement the Percocet w/ medical-grade cannabis (i take cannabis in about 5 different forms). I am praying to be approved for IV Ketamine, bc truthfully the pain has gotten worse

I understand the need for pain meds but because of the opioid crisis doctors don't seem to agree with me. Thank you for replying. I hope to find a doctor who will listen and care again. At this point in my life I have given up on ever feeling better and in less pain. I hope that I will get my hope and determination back. 🤦🤷

Absolutely! I finally found a highly recommended doc who was willing to take me on (and my bevy of meds), he is a palliative care doc. I still struggle to manage my pain, bc of the # of pain meds I have been reduced to. I supplement with medical-grade cannabis
