      Mine is finding a way to ground yourself and realize what you are doing is not you, it’s a imbalance in your brain because I personally used to feel a lot of guilt by some of my actions, and granted I am still at fault, but knowing that I wouldn’t have done it if I was stable brings me peace. Also finding a sense of community (like here) and safe spaces and people who accept you really helps.
