Struggling with Suicidal Thoughts

Any tips on how to avoid suicidal thoughts? My depression is getting pretty bad to the point where I think about killing myself. My life is just college hw, isolating myself, and work. The only peope who care about me are my mom and bf. It feels like I don't talk to them much too. I'm basically just wasting away. I'm going to die eventually anyways.

      I’m honestly struggling with that myself. When I’m at my worst the best thing that helps is thinking of those that I love and what it would do to them. That gets me at least away from the thought process of suicide. I know it’s hard to find a reason and this isn’t the best one, but if nothing else is working this helps.

      keep your long term goals in mind. eventually you will graduate and there will be no more hw, ect. give yourself daily reminders that this is all temporary and things will get better xx

      Find something worth living for. Even if it’s small. Something that brings you even the smallest bit of happiness. A walk to the coffee shop for your favorite latte. Seeing your pet in the morning. Etc
