Today is a low spoons day. I'm not chronically I'll do I struggle with using the spoon theory sometimes for myself, but I am disabled and I think it applies often. Today is a low spoons day and I have to go to work, do a final exam, and clean. I had a meeting earlier but I had to cancel it because I don't have the energy to spend on it today and I knew I needed to save my spoons for my more pressing responsibilities. But it's sucks because I want to do everything, I just can't.

I see, well at least you were able to get the necessary things done! And I relate to that too well, fire alarms also trigger me. (As for the negative spoons, don't feel too bad about that. I have to take a few hours to recharge my social/life batteries often, and find myself sleeping a lot. However, you were able to complete your necessary tasks, which is what matters!)

@alien_kidd22 I wasn't able to move anything around. But I was able to do my final and go to work, which were the two things I needed to do. However, the fire alarm in the dorms (where I was taking my final) went off during my final. Fire alarms are very triggering for me and it almost messed up my exam. I had to go to work directly after finishing my exam so I had no rest time. I went on a date after work and was feeling fine, but once we got back to my dorm, I shut down completely for a few hours out of nowhere. I think I used up all of my spoons and ended the day with negative spoons so that was not fun

I completely understand how you feel. I know it's late now, but were you able to get something accomplished? Even if you were unable to clear your entire to-do list, it will be okay. There is always tomorrow to complete your tasks, and our bodies need rest. (As great as it would be, we are not robots!)
