Hi! Wondering if anyone takes medication for their Raynauds, or if you have found any particularly good gloves/socks that help in winter?

Medications - YES! I had Raynauds for 10 years and it was a nuisance but I could keep it under control w heat, etc. but it advanced to where the veins would spasm and close whenever they wanted. My hands were literally blue all summer. Without circulation, ulcers form and won’t heal (like diabetics deal with). So I had to treat w meds. Nifedipine helped a lot but Tadalfadil is what realky saved my fingers.

I haven’t tried any medications but I find wearing gloves and additionally keeping my hands very close to my body helps a little.

Hello! I haven't tried this personally but I would try compression socks 😅
