Hi Alikes.... I didn't finish filling out my meds as there are so many! If like me...there is just so much going on with my health it can and does get me down! But I do normally have a cheery disposition even with all of this! I am great at helping others....just oddly like most never ourselves. It does feel odd chatting away when I have no idea with whom I am nattering with...so on that note...I hope you all have a great day/evening.

Hello! I fully relate to everything you’ve said. I just turned 56 and I’m praying for many more years. And of those years, I’d like to live through them with relatively little pain. I haven’t had a pain free day in a very long time. So I’ve learned to cope, with physical treatment . And emotionally, that’s a challenge! I read quotes of affirmation. I get out in nature.? I talk to myself, a lot! Time for some self care! Your note met me at a transitional time in my head. Thank you.
