Hey, y’all! Currently considering possibility of autoimmune issues - any experience you can share? Over the past four years, I’ve had life-restricting issues with lymphocytic colitis, pancreatitis, kidney stones, and intense menstrual cramps. I also go through bouts of random muscle fatigue (or, rather, when I’m taking care of myself super well it’s like my muscles don’t listen to me when I’m trying to exercise, like a night and day contrast from even the day before). Also deal with insomnia and chronic back pain/whole body muscle tension. Any similar experiences? I’m kinda feeling helpless with the amount of dismissive medical professionals I’ve seen. :( Would love to connect!
