Dealing with Infidelity: Seeking Advice and Support

Hello, I have been experiencing feelings of not being able to connect with people and I have always been an introverted social butterfly. I have experienced my mental illness and its been so rough this year. Sometimes my conditions cause me to be super reactive which can take a toll on relationships. My husband this year decided after a heated argument to ask out a girl from work. She rejected him, however this form of infedility has crushed me to pieces this year. I have been experiencing major trust issues. It has been almost 7 months since he asked her out and I have experienced different forms of verbal abuse from him. I am still with him, there is a small peice of me that believes that we can make our marriage work. He is my high school sweet heart, he is financially supporting me, I am unemployed because I haven't been able to be fully happy at jobs or think straight. Has anyone here experienced infedility and cheating from a spouse? I would love to know how you guys moved forward and self better yourselves. This journey has been so rough for me. I just need some insight.
