I have days where I just want to cry, others I am doing great and can get stuff done, but days like today I have no motivation for anything. I want to sit somewhere and cry. I'm always needed, kids, dogs, fiancee etc is it ever going to stop and just be able to do for me

I totally get the same way….the best thing I’ve tried is to live in the moment… but that seems to be impossible…

Thank you all so very much, reading these comments have helped so much! Just knowing I'm not alone on days like today makes a big difference.
I get like this all the time! My therapist told me it's ok to have a 'me' day. And yeah, sometimes that day turns to 2 or 3 fays for me. Mu therapist told me she has a sign at home that says "I can't 'adult' today." She leaves it on the table to let everyone know and they let her be. Take some time to do something you want to do. Maybe you've wanted to try a video game or watch a show that you have been wanting to watch. Do it. It could even be getting one of your kids coloring books and color one of the pictures. Oh and it's always alright to cry too. I do anyways. 😅
You're not alone. I understand what that feels like. 1st, please be kind to yourself. Progress made out of self-love and not obligation to others or the world always feels better and I think is more lasting. 2nd, therapy is always good - with the right therapist of course. They can help give you tools and skills to work through these difficult feelings. 3rd, as much as possible, try to minimize your responsibilities to others besdies yourself. If your fiancee can handle more of the responsibilities for kids and pets and household etc that can free up your energy to work on yourself. Obviously, you gotta do what you gotta do. But just a little shift might help. Best of luck and all my love! You're doing great and I'm proud of you ❤
Same here 😰

I get it. I have lots of days like that. Just remember you are not alone, also it’s ok to not be ok and it’s ok to cry. You are human so give yourself some grace. Have you talked to anyone or considered taking meds to help?
@Ashley84 I'm on an antidepressant and recently went to my Dr about it and he won't do anything else for it
I totally get that, yesterday I could not get out of bed everything felt so heavy
@Chickenwing that's how today feels just heavy
