Learning to eat healthier is a learning experience. I only was successful when I met with a nutritionist. I lost 75 pounds because I had someone to hold me accountable for what I eat and snack on. By keeping a journal, you can see what you really eat in a day. Record everything you drink also. Sodas are a must to cut way back on. Even diet soda. I wish you luck with that too!
