i've always had insomnia, it's just showed up differently in different parts of my life. lately it's been me waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep for hours. also not being able to sleep for more than two hours at a time. i was sleeping ok for the last couple weeks or so but it looks like the insomnia is back in full swing :/
