Klonopin not effective, need stronger medication

Give it a few more tries maybe? Or try different doses? Or propranol?

I'm on 0.5 mg

My doc won't give me a larger dose so I only take 1mg to help out I've learned several coping skills such as grounding and several breathing techniques. If u want to know more about the techniques I use just let me know.

What dose do you take? I started with a dose of 0.5 mg per day. When I saw that it didn't help me I went to my doctor and he increased the dose to 2 mg per day. Did you try asking for a higher dose? Maybe this will help
