    Pain, pain, and more pain, with a sprinkling of fatigue. Best option is to curl up in bed all day with hot drinks and painkillers.

    I bought a small (30cmx30cm) electric heat blanket to keep specific areas warm. Alongside hot water bottles and compressions gloves ofc!

    Trying to sleep away the winter months currently. Not the best plan with painsomnia but oh well winter is hell
