Therapist. Journaling your feelings. Trying not to beat yourself up and be self compassionate. Therapy has helped me in the past. I’m med resistant too. Find a good therapist. Took me about 2 years to resolve depression with a good therapist.

I’m a therapist and have some friends in states where microdosing with ketamine and psilocybin are legal and they are recommending it for patients. It’s a fairly new concept, but it’s gaining popularity and is backed by lots of research.

You could look into TMS treatments. They are expensive and I’m not sure if they are covered by insurance but I’ve heard they are very helpful to some.

And it sounds interesting.

Have u looked into ketamine? I've recently learned of Psychedelic therapy using ketamine.
