Hey everyone! Does anyone have any tips for night dread? everytime the sun starts to roll down my panic ticks up until I'm eventually in a full blown panic attack. Some nights it won't start until bedtime and then I can't get any sleep.

    😥 This is me. Every evening. I've suffered from chronic insomnia for years because I can't breathe. My throat tightens up, my heart beat goes thru the roof. All intertwined w every negative thought that could possibly cross thru my head. It leaves me so exhausted. 😥 I've tried medications, meditation, all of it. Nothing helps. Some nights I'm lucky and it's just not as intense.

    You are definitely not alone in this! I struggle with it, too. I try to start a nice wind-down early enough to get my mind to switch gears, so to speak. I'll pick up a light hobby, like a cross stitch I have in progress, or some adult coloring books, to get my mind in a better mindset. Distraction is a big thing for me. Doesn't make it go away, but can help lessen it when my brain is focused on something else. Hang in there ❤️
