How to Monitor Your Liver Health

there's 2 different ultrasounds you can get on with/without the contrast and an elasticity one. there's also liver blood panels and metabolic markers that can point to a worsening condition. it's always good to establish a doctor and go for yearly (or however often the doctor suggests) checkup

I did an ultrasound also. My reason is not known but I have a lot of medical illnesses therefore my doctor's just add it to my long list

An ultrasound that's how I found out I had a fatty liver and it's because of all the meds I've been on. I don't drink so it wasn't from that.
