For the last few weeks (since the beginning of August), I haven’t been sleeping well at all. I go to bed at my normal time and wake up between 5am and 6am. I haven’t changed my eating habits in years. I’d like to get more sleep, as it is affecting my stress levels and my body overall. If anyone has any tips, please let me know!
