This is a little embarrassing to ask, but I feel like I'm alone in it. With the age regression that comes with BPD, does anyone wear diapers or anything to do with any of that?

      It's always something I've wanted to try not necessarily with diapers but like with dummy's I think u call them pacifiers . I've wanted to try age regression but I don't get to a lot other than when I'm at uni becuase safety and thst

      I age regress as a coping skill and I use diapers from time to time. But I wouldn’t say that I’m like forced into that state. Tho I do feel myself slip into a state of acting like a child when I’m upset or when I’m with my partner and feel comfortable

      I've heard of others having it but don't have it myself personally

        @Kitten360 that’s probably good. One less thing to worry about but it can be a good coping tool

          @BabyBells there are times I feel like I have it but it's very fleeting. Like I love stuffed animals and coloring and people taking care of me

      I don't age regress but I know that things like this are normal with age regression, even with people who don't have BPD

      I don't use diapers but I love love love stuffed animals. Particularly deer. The brands have changed over the years from beanie babies all the way to squishmallows now. My family low-key shames me for it now that I'm almost 30, always asking me why I want them when a boyfriend or friend buys them for me or I get them with my own money. Do what makes you happy and feel safe. Nobody's business if it's not causing harm.

      Yeah! Some people enjoy using them as part of their age regression and regress to a younger time in them and enjoy feeling safe in them in little space.

      I do not have BPD as far as I know, but I regress for other reasons, and I do use diapers for that! When I can get them of course. It’s a bit difficult for me at the moment in regards to retrieving them.

      I don't have this but I feel constantly that I am a teenager but I lost my teen years. This platform sees great for finding people who have BPD but isn't not. I recommend Reddit for regression to infancy. Despite its flaws, you'll be matched with people who can understand

        @Owls I get this type of age regression too, I had to move back in with my parents last year, and despite being 28, constantly feel like a teenager.

          @crafty_spoony I think that’s fairly normal
