I'm falling apart again and I wish I didn't have to go to work every day while its happening. I wish I had someone to stay with me but they all have to go to work too.

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this, I’ve been there, and it sucks. All I can say is in my experience it won’t always be like this, but it does take work and it is hard, but it can provide relief.
