im having the worst period i ha e had in awhile. i took medication, tried heat, ice, and latingin fetal position. NOTHING HELPS. does anyone have remedies or solutions?

Hey there, usually taking the Maximum dose of panadol and ibuprofen helps me a little bit. Other than that, there are some pelvic stretches you can do that might help :)
