Hi! I have very very mild PCOS symptoms but need to manage it with diet. I’m finding that low carb paleo (no gluten or dairy and low carb) is really hard to stick to! Does anyone have any advice for sticking to hard diets?

    Diets are always hard, I personally am very unsuccessful at them. The one thing I can say though is try to take each day or even each meal or food choice as starting over. Even if a previous choice was not the healthiest, this is a new choice and it matters

    Try alternative ingredients such as Chao or any other plant based cheese. It’ll take some time to get use to, but once you find a brand you actually like, it’s super helpful. I have a hard time finding low carb or gluten free items that I like.
