Does anyone else’s mental health get worse when they’re sick? I felt like I was doing a little better apart from anxiety but once we got sick it’s like everything hit the fan I was talking to my girlfriend and all of a sudden I felt like I was about to breaking down after talking for a bit I was okay but it’s frustrating I don’t know why it’s happening - Lou 🦋
Yes! One of the worst things I hate about getting sick, is when my nose gets stuffed. My alters give me so much anxiety whenever we feel something corrupting our immune system. However, one of the best things to do is search home remedies, sleep plenty, practice mindful breathing, and take vitamins as well 😊 I hope that you get better soon, you've got this! ✨✨✨
yeah it's like that for us too, our brain is all blurry and mushed up from dealing with stress from feeling sick or in pain, and since we have been feeling sick for quite a long time now we've been confused foggy mush. i am hoping things get better though
