Yes, I very much depend on my medication (especially Adderall XR). I need it because it makes me believe it gives me willpower to do simple everyday things instead of laying in bed and all. It's hard recognizing whether or not I'm going through withdrawal once it wears off or is it just the fatigue from my iron deficiency.
No I try to take vacation holidays on my medication. So I don’t build a tolerance or dependence to it. I’ve learned how to cope without my medication in some situations but I do need them at school and work.
