kinda out there but does any one know what to do for foot pain, I have an extra bone in each foot and work on my feet for 7.5 hours each day, I have custom insoles but I think they're hurting more than helping.

      Breaks to rest your feet is really important for hyper mobility. See if you can get a doctor note for you work to take breaks. Also strengthening specific muscles in your feet and legs. Do you have a Physical Therapist you work with?

      I don't know if it would help with your situation but maybe! This helps a lot with plantar fasciitis. Try freezing a golf ball or tennis ball and rolling it around with the bottom of your foot. I hope you get some relief.
