Bleeding during bowel movements with endo

Possibly TMI- so whenever i pass bowels when i have the severe pain i bleed, out of the rear end, has anyone else with endo experienced this or would this be a non related issue to that

      @memmachemma mine only ever use to happen when I was on my period I was told it was because I'm so heavy. But recently been bleeding between also I'm due for a colonoscopy I've been checked for hemorrhoids and have none

      Have you had a colonoscopy? That would be my first line of action. I experience this but I have crohn's as well.
