I am so sorry. Keep going to new doctors till you find someone that will. What helps me is ibuprofen. Melatonin at night. And sometimes weed. To be honest.

please be careful with taking ibuprofen frequently. It breaks down your stomach lining and can cause horrible acid reflux, or even stomach ulcers.

Yeah weed is the only thing that gives me a real feeling of relief. One of the safer option as well, compared to what a doc might prescribe. I swear the doc that will help is out there! I had a check up with the first gyno i saw, booked a long time before. I had to cancel it because i went to a different doc who is performing a laparoscopy! it was the same day as my pre op appointment. you'll get there i promise

I went to 6 different doctors before I found one that would even listen to me (at that point I had figured out that my issue was endometriosis before the doctors did). The doctor that did listen wanted to perform an old method of surgery and cut me in 6 different places. I quickly researched a new provider with a laparoscopic method and only 2 incisions so there are some really good centers out there like the Center for Innovative GYN care in Maryland. Like the other person above said, keep going to doctors until you find a good one - you know your body better than anyone else and don’t let them tell you otherwise 💖

Oh and in regards to the pain: diet really really plays a role in our Endo pain so start documenting what you are eating when you dont feel well and tweak it, probiotics help, yoni steams are amazing, and Serrapeptase does wonders as well. Goodluck, you got this - things will get better as you take the steps to feel better.

Supplements for pain management in addition to my actual pain pills helps and reducing inflammatory foods -did food sensitivity test and intolerant of most fruits and vegetable and “anti-inflammatory” foods. Once realized what my body actually works well with was a game changer. Supplements I personally like for my pain- caffeine, niacin, PEA, 5HTP, ALA, hyaluronic acid, collagen type II, MSM, frankincense w/tumeric curcuminoids, copaiba, pine bark, opiod-like peptides, tyrosine, l-Theanine. There are other options aside from doctors when they don’t listen- which is why I turned to research since they wouldn’t help and trying to figure out how to help myself. Lot of alternative “treatments”/therapy tools as well you can get for home. I’d be much easier if doctors could help more but I haven’t found that to be the case. I’m sorry you’re struggling trying to get help… it sucks.
