I’m sorry that happened to you too, I have a really hard time with feelings and expressing them because I have Alexithymia too. And that tended to get in the way of our relationship a lot, My FP was also Borderline too so it was two very unstable emotions against each other :((

For me that makes it even harder to know exactly what their tone is and feel even more gaslit when they try and blame me so I’m very sorry that’s happening to you. I would suggest if you have like an imaginary world you like to spend time in (video game, show, etc.) to go there and be with some of your comfort characters ❤️ and best of luck!
