I'm very mentally unstable and honestly don't know what to do about it. My partner is worried about me, my best friend is worried about me, and I am too tbh. I'm considering a mental hospital to help me but I've heard very mixed responses on them. I don't know if they help or just give you trauma. If anyone is willing to share their experiences to help me out, that would be great. I do know that this is kinda personal tho so it's alright if you don't.
