Debunking BPD Myths: Can You Have Other Diagnoses?

My GP told me I can't have BPD cos I'm married 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤬🤬

Ive seen people dismiss my BPD as autism actually. kinda hurts haha

"You can't have Autism! You're making eye contact with me right now" *As we talk over a zoom call and I'm staring at my wall right behind my computer*

Hey I have all three too :0. But something that bugs me is that they told me i was too young to have bpd when i had one of my worst episodes. But bpd is a disorder that stems from CHILDHOOD trauma. I was roughly 15-16 when they told me this. And i was clearly acting much more destructive than your "typical teenage angst." Also relate to the "too self aware person." Takes forever to get therapists to believe that Im aware of my symptoms just not in control of them a lot.

"People cant have DID *and* BPD" Then. How do I exist?
