I know this is an old post, but yes! Very recently (and this wasn't the first time an exercise related seizure happened) I was riding my bike around my neighborhood and I felt like I was going to have a seizure. I did the dumb thing to do and just kept riding, figuring I'd be okay. Nope! I woke up in an ambulance.
