Hey there. Does anyone else battle with severe anxiety? My drug of choice is food and I’m a (food) junkie. It’s a viscous cycle I am desperately wanting to escape

      I'm a food junkie myself. I constantly go for anything sweet,you? I think it wouldn't be so bad if we went for the salad or crunchy carrots or celery? Or maybe pretzel sticks for that salty kick. It's what I need to do for sure. Good luck ❤️

      I'm currently using 4-4-4 breathing. 4 seconds in, hold for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 4 seconds. It's helped me at night in bed for sure.
