Hello! I need some advice: I would like to start getting my daily routine back on track, so does anyone have any advice on how to keep to my daily routine? I was okay for awhile, but I haven’t done it in a few months. I want to begin starting my skin care and studying again, but I feel like I’ll fail. Does anyone have any advice?

I recommend really starting slow and trying to avoid feeling guilty for failing. Don’t worry too much if you’re not consistent in the beginning, it can take time to get back into it. Also sometimes taking shortcuts or doing less can actually help you, because it’s better than doing nothing. Best of luck ♥️

1 thing at a time. Seriously. It takes like 30 days for something to become a habit. So don't take too much in one go. Start with your face, as that's where you want to. Then after a week or two add one more. And then one more. It really does work better than trying to do a full on routine x

Time blocking. Even if you have to go as low as 5 minutes of work at first, followed by a 5 or 10 minute break. Completing assignments feels impossible when you are struggling. But working for 5 minutes is a lot less difficult. As for skin care, also start small. If you're lucky enough to still be able to shower daily, add your face wash to your shower so you see it in there. If not, just keep it somewhere else that you will see it everyday and notice it and have to do it at night. Start just trying to do it once a day and then build your way up.

@blue_hearted_rose This is great advice! I only just started showering again every other day, so I hope I’m able to move to once a day. Before this, I was showering maybe once a week (I know this is gross), but it was so hard for me to motivate myself to get up and do it.
@Mafuyu I need to get to the point where I can shower everyday again! I've also been showering once a week for a long time. I used to hear voices in the shower, so it's hard for me to get my showering back on track 😥
I've always used either an app to schedule routines or set timers on my phone to remind me
Just try your best and give yourself motivation
