I have been dissociating a lot lately and just been running on auto-pilot.. does anyone else do this? I'm just kind of here but I'm also like not here... idk how else to explain it.. like just zone out for hours and hours. I woke up feeling all motivated to work on writing my novel and four hours later I am just starting at my blanket realizing I haven't moved in hours..

Yes. I have no idea where the hours go. I've found that some medications make me far more likely to allow me to zone.
@loveshespoke I'm on 12 different medications at the moment so it would be hard to figure out which ones it could be. Probably the Seroquel.. I should think.. š¤

@BreezyBaby are all of your medications listed on your profile? I've taken a ton of psych meds, so I can maybe suggest which to look at. And yeah, seroquel would be one of them
