Try to plan that day out I feel like with my anxiety especially when I have an event coming up it's better to prepare in advance. Like what time you're going to get up an outfit to wear have that outfit cleaned before hand. Also give yourself time in the day to get ready. I wake up pretty late in the day so I try to wake up earlier when I have something going on so I have plenty of time to prepare myself.
