Just deal with it I guess, not much that can be done except try to stay cool and dry, I keep a lot of towels and paper towels with me, hand fans, at my age now I can say it’s pre menopause lol but it’s uncomfortable and embarrassing when I’m not very overweight but sweat like a large hairy old man!
