    That is how my ibs started Try avoiding gluten dairy and taking in smoke See if the pain remains Also cook your veggies Avoid things with seeds

        I found out through trial and error What I posted above is how I treat it Ibs is a blanket term for a lot of things Basically I screwed up my gut and now I have to stop eating and smoking most everything so that I can give it time to heal
