        @Jk44Jordan I would also say just trying to get yourself away from the situation when you can and giving yourself a quiet place to cool down—I often excuse myself to go to the bathroom to chill out in there for a while. It doesn’t feel great, like, crying in a bathroom stall is definitely not *fun,* but staying in an environment that is making you anxious while you’re already feeling awful isnt going to do you any good.

      I personally use music to cope, I put in my earbuds and play a song I like real loud and close my eyes until I feel more grounded. 💕
