I've never been officially diagnosed with it but I keep eating food when bored but mostly when I feel upset so I eat a ton of junk food. next day I try to eat less or "healthier" I've gained weight and am feeling so insecure. Sometimes I'll catch myself trying to have a carb deficit and getting dizzy then giving up and eating a ton of junk that night. is that binge eating? I'd that something else? advice?
