hi everyone...New here and just looking for people with similar experiences. I guess I'm typical in many ways in that I'm too attuned to every sensation in my body and what it could mean, health-wise and frequently googling symptoms when I have them. I try to be reasonable, though. I don't make the symptoms up. They are real. I'm feeling whatever I'm feeling. I just want to know whatever it is isn't something serious. Still, a part of me knows that I was much more relaxed and happy when I didn't know about all the things that could go wrong with my body. Thoughts, anyone?

Do you mind me asking, do you take anything for anxiety?

@doppelgaenger I've actually just started to dabble into the CBD world lol. So far I haven't really noticed any changes... I'm bad with figuring out what dose though. I guess that will come with time. I mostly want it for headaches because I've been having them everyday for almost 2 months 😥 I was on an antidepressant a few years ago but stopped because I was always needing a mid-day nap 🥴
I'm the same way! I've had multiple heart tests done, brain CT & MRI, so many blood tests, etc... and I'm still convinced something is wrong with me other than just anxiety 😔
@B_renee yeah, it's sometimes tricky for me to know which came first, the anxiety or the chest pain or fast heartbeat or whatever it might be. Lately I've been having episode when my heart will suddenly start beating really fast for no reason (over 150 BPM) and I won't even be experiencing anxiety, until of course I notice my pulse is so high. I try to explain to the paramedic that the fast heartbeat caused my anxiety, not the other way around

@doppelgaenger have someone check you because my mom found out the electrical signals in her heart were not functioning properly, they gave her pills to help regulate. Hers would get up to 180 just sitting watching tv and she'd feel a flutter in her chest.
