How can you tell if you have heat stroke? I don't have a temp or anything but I was sweating like crazy being outside for 2 minutes. I was feeling chilly earlier and just feeling very tired.
I wouldn’t worry about heat stroke I feel like lately everyone is sweating a ton especially just walking out the front door. I feel like I’m in constant state of sweat when I’m outside. But if you were only outside for a few minutes I’m sure it was just sweat from the heat and will be okay. Just stay hydrated of course! Hope you feel better soon
