The pharmacy I use didn't get me refill done in time. I called a week in advance to running out of my insomnia and depression meds. I have run out and am not doing very well. I got about 3 hours of sleep the past 2 days and am feeling very low in mood. I tried taking melatonin vitamins, but it doesn't help any. My brain won't shut up about everything I've "done wrong", I know it's just intrusive thoughts, but it's keeping me up at night.
