Is there a way to not see posts from certain people - to block that person effectively. I have one alike in particular that posts quite negative things about every medication, condition, life event mentioned and because they are very active on here, the constant "that didn't work for me / that made my condition so much worse!" is getting a bit depressing. They are not breaking any guidelines, just giving their honest feedback, but I see very few other people so it's just very annoying and disheartening.
