Blood pressure, trying to understand why it is 99/59 one day, and 189/101 the next day. Even on my meds, Metoprolol 25-ml it still doesn't stay steady. Of course anxiety doesn't help. Trying to understand how to get my mind to help my body stay calm. Metoprolol has helped with fight or flight, and keeps my heart rate under 90-100.

@saren unfortunately I’ve had high bp for years😫 I used to take it several times a day but only take once a day now. When I do take it now my feet are on the floor and I try to go to my “ happy place” prior to taking it.

I take 3 50 mg metoprolol a day 1 in the morning and 2 at night. I also take clonidine which always brings my BP down. It’s a constant battle with keeping it down and at a decent number. Lots of factors involved. 🤷‍♀️

@Noella how do you track your BP. I will do it in the morning 2 times, cause one is always higher than the other. And I do it when i get home from work. When I am off work, I will take my BP, several times a day. And it seems to be all over the place.
