I had a really severe panic attack this past Saturday and I haven’t had one that bad in literally 6 years. I never learned how to cope with them, and there’s a lot of factors in play but I believe my CPTSD with my father who is harassing me is the biggest one. I’m also afraid to be alone and my partner was gone during that day. Any advice for any of those pieces? How to deal with yourself alone with CPTSD, how to protect your mind from a narc parent, or what to do to prevent/heal from a panic attack? Thanks in advance.
