how does everyone deal with emotional regulation? i’ve been off my meds for 2 days because i can’t afford the bill i owe right now. looks like i might not be able to get an appointment for another two weeks and i am a complete mess and can’t stop crying.

I don't know your situation or if this will apply to where you live: my brother gets his adderall from stop and shop pharmacy for ~$18 without insurance. I'm not sure if that store even exists near you, but I wanted to pass it on just in case. Good luck, my friend. You can do this

but uh in a more regulated manner I try to say this out loud “I can’t control what others do or say (can’t make the appointment happen faster etc ) but I *can* control how I react and where I harness my energy “ even if I don’t feel that way . I say it out loud until I start to feel calm

I cry in the shower and then splash my face with cold water in the sink after lol
