when i have really bad anxiety attacks i feel like i’m losing feeling in my body- i can’t feel my feet touching the ground, etc. so i resort to self harm to sort of regain feeling and ground myself if that makes sense? what can i do instead of this?

      Get some ice and hold it in your hand. Squeeze it as tight as you can. And count back from 10. If it hasnt grounded you do it again. While youre sqeezing in ome hand touch the tips of ypur fingers with your thumb index middle ring pinky.
