Suggestions: if advil/ibuprofen helps... sometimes it works for my chronic pain and heating packs, and sometimes sleep helps

  @darkstarrynight ibuprofen touches it but only a little. I do have a heating pad I'll try again later. Doesn't seem to touch this shoulder pain the other times I've tried though 🤕. Thank you for the suggestions,I really appreciate you responding!
