Any advice on harm reduction while struggling with dermatilomania? I’ve tried the most common ones you hear like wearing gloves, fidget toys and have tried cbt therapy yet nothing has seemed to help for long so far. Any small tips that have helped others or just general warms to reduce harm caused?

The biggest game changer for me was getting my nails done regularly. I get dip manicures and they're much duller at the tips and therefore I'm unable to really pick as effectively. Best of luck ❤️ I'll try to think of more
