It's tough, it's really tough. But I find that having a good community is pure gold. Just having other people around you, either in person or online, who really understand your struggle, is so incredibly helpful. And we can also share with each other that we found that help us.

I often struggle with this. Usually, I have to be kind to myself first, and do some sort of grounding activity. I have to be honest drinking coffee also helps, at least in the short term. But I'm trying to get off of it because it's ultimately a bad idea over the long term. I'm starting to focus more on nutrition, on eating foods that support me, and avoiding foods that make my ADHD worse.
